Teen years can be overwhelming, often filled with big emotions, pressures, and changes that can be difficult to put into words. Creative therapy offers a safe, supportive space where young people can express themselves in ways that feel more natural to them, without the pressure to talk before they are ready.
Through approaches such as art, writing, and other creative methods, teenagers are supported to explore their thoughts and emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping. This process can help them feel more understood, more confident, and better equipped to navigate the challenges they are facing.
