Providing therapeutic support to children, teens & parents.

I offer a range of holistic and trauma-informed services to support children, teenagers, and parents through emotional wellbeing challenges including anxiety, trauma, grief, and life’s overwhelming moments.

Since 2015, I have supported children, young people and their families.

As a play therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing the strength and resilience of children and young people as they navigate their therapeutic journeys. Through my professional training and experience, I support a range of emotional needs including anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem.

Over time, my work has deepened into supporting families through bereavement and baby loss, recognising the profound impact loss can have on both children and parents. I offer a compassionate, safe space where experiences can be explored, processed, and gently held.

Alongside this, I am passionate about supporting parents, helping them feel more confident, connected, and equipped to respond to their child with understanding, even in the most challenging moments.
