I offer a safe, compassionate space for parents and families to process grief, explore their emotions, and feel supported at their own pace.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, this space is here to meet you where you are.

My approach is rooted in client centred, trauma-informed, using creative therapeutic methods, and a deep understanding of grief and trauma. I offer one-to-one therapeutic sessions for parents that are offered in a calm, supportive environment, either in person or online.

I work at your pace, creating a space that feels safe enough to explore what can often feel too difficult to verbalise and too heavy to hold alone.
